She has consulted for a wide variety of DTC brands & B2B & Web3 companies. My mission is to promote loving awareness and human connection in everything I do. My work is fueled by the belief that fostering a sense of community is essential to my clients' success and to the world at large. I am dedicated to elevating our shared experiences, creating authentic connections, and providing innovative solutions to help my clients connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. My ultimate goal is to leave a positive impact on the world by promoting empathy, connection, and understanding through the power of community.
My Bio
Justine Benanty is a multi-talented entrepreneur, consultant, coach, and builder with a passion for the power of vulnerable storytelling and leading with heart.
Before her career in community management, she was a maritime archaeologist who focused on significant projects such as slave-trade shipwrecks, WWII Tuskegee aircrafts, underwater heritage management, combating the black market illegal antiquities trade in the Middle East, as well as youth education. Her work was co-sponsored by respected organizations like the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of African American Heritage & Culture, the National Park Service, and The George Washington University. Justine's expertise is on display at the SINMAAHC, where her contribution to the Sao Jose slave shipwreck, the first-ever archaeologically documented slave ship carrying enslaved people at the time of its wrecking, is showcased. Over the 8+ years she spent on this project, Justine worked on various large-scale community outreach initiatives in four international countries.
As a co-founder of Youth Diving With a Purpose, Justine created a scholarship program that teaches high school students from around the world how to map shipwrecks for the National Park Service & National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Along with her passion for ocean conservation, she is a certified alignment-based yoga instructor and invented underwater yoga - SirenYoga.
After leaving academia, she now provides consulting and coaching services for DTC, B2B and Web3 businesses, brands, and individuals. Her expertise includes life coaching, relationship coaching, community building, activation, event planning, and experience design. Let her help bring your community vision to life!
